Here is a rough outline of our camp next weekend. :Note: We are not able to stay overnight at VFHS. We are arraning to stay overnight at a location that has a gym facility that we can use on Sunday. If we were to stay af VF it would cost us a lot of $ for the use of the building on Sunday. Make sure you get at least 8-12hrs of sleep the night before!!! So here is a rough schedule:

Saturday Jan 12 VFHS 11:00am-9:30pm
Church(TBA) 9:40-11:59pm
Sunday Jan 13 Church (TBA) 12:am-2:00pm
VFHS 2:10pm-3:00pm
------------------------------------------------------------
Satruday Jan 12

11:am All Report VFHS
breef meeting at all move to rehearsal areas

1:00pm Lunch break (Cafe) (Lunch is not provided, and you will not be able to order out so bring a packed lunch from home)

2:00pm Rehearsal Continues

5:30pm Dinner Break (Provided by VFIDL)

6:30pm Rehearsal

7:30pm FE begins to move to Main Gym

8:00pm Full Rehearsal in Main Gym

8:45pm ALL Fold Tarp then FE Move Equipment

9:00pm Load Trailer

9:30pm Trailer laves for Church Rehearsal Facility (TBA)
(Chaperones Help with car pooling to the church)

9:40pm All arrive at Church GYM and Unload into Gym/Set Up/ Move overnight things into designated rooms

10:10pm (or Eariler) Full Rehearsal in Gym

11:45pm Get Ready for Bed/ Snack
Possible Movie
1:00am Lights Out

SUNDAY January 13 (AT Church Rehearsal Facility)

7:00am All Awake

8:00 Breakfast (Provided)

8:30 Rehearsal

10:30 Full Rehearsa in Gym

11:30am Lunch (Porviede

12:00pm Full Rehearsal in Gym

1:15pm Show Pre-View (Parents/Friends Welcome) at Church Gym

1:45pm Load Trailer

2:00pm Trailer Loaves for VFHS

2:10pm Unload Trailer into VFHS

When equipment is away all released for the weekend!!!

*for the record*
Valley Forge High School and Valley Forge High School Music Department does not have any views on the Church Facility being used for it's Rehearsals,And satnds seperated from religion by US/Ohio Laws as said by the first amendment of the US Constitution.

(A Set Schedule will be handed out this Thursday or earlier if avaliable)
This is not set in stone yet but is a rough schedule as of 1/6/08

WILLIAM!!!!!! Twisted Evil Do you think it's really necessary to say that the school and music department at VF is seperated from the church?!?!?! Now that's just plain silly!! Rolling Eyes haha!

Here is a list of what to bring overnight

Pillow
Sleeping Bag

Shower Materials
Shower Shoes and Shorts
Towels
Tooth Brush
Tooth Paste
Soap
Shaving Material (if needed)
DEODERANT

Shorts/ Tee shirt X2 for rehearsal
Sleeping Clothing

Small Snack ex. fruit snacks/ bottled water

Dont Bring your entire room because you have to carry it by yourself!!!!
